What we collect from you. If you create an account: your name, email address and, if you enable text alerts, a phone number. If you save searches or watch assets: those preferences. Standard server logs. That is the list.
What we do with it. Deliver the alerts you asked for, operate your subscription, and send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; text alerts stop on STOP. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising.
Market data and people. Our market datasets describe assets and campaigns, not people. We do not build profiles of sellers or owners, and our published statistics are cohort-level aggregates by market and price band. Where a public listing happens to name a marketing agent or brokerage, we record that professional marketing attribution as displayed.
Processors. Payments are handled by our payment processor (we never see card numbers), email by our email provider, hosting by our infrastructure providers. Each receives only what its function requires.
Your rights. Ask us what we hold on you, correct it, export it, or delete your account and its data: [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster.
