Boilerplate. PlungeWatch is an independent analytics platform tracking price reductions across prestige residential property, brokerage yachts and pre-owned business aircraft. It scans more than 40,000 listings daily across Florida, London, the Mediterranean and global aviation markets, and publishes the PlungeWatch Panel Index, a composite measure of seller pressure across the three asset classes.
